Modular office workstations are built from components: desk shells, returns, bridges, pedestals, and credenzas that bolt together into the layout a room needs. Modular desk lines

Napa

The Napa line is the deepest component set in the collection. It includes straight, bow-front, and bullet desk shells, left and right corner desks, returns, bridges, corner units, credenzas, and hanging or freestanding pedestals. Worksurfaces are 1-1/8 inches thick, with impact-resistant 3 mm PVC edges and wire management grommets on every worksurface. The line complies with ANSI/BIFMA standards, is GREENGUARD certified, and comes in woodgrain laminates and a white finish. Lodi

Lodi offers desk shells, returns, bridges, pedestals, and pre-configured L-shape and U-shape groupings, with or without a hutch. It has single-key locking, five-sided drawers, and full-extension file drawers. Returns on the L-shapes can be assembled on the left or right. Finishes are Cherry, Espresso, Slate Grey, and Urban Walnut.

Legacy

The Legacy Collection uses 1-inch thermal fused melamine laminate with a 3 mm commercial-grade PVC edge. File drawers run on 150-pound full-extension suspension slides with hanging rails for letter and legal files. Fusion

Fusion L-desks and U-desks sit on black metal C-legs with a vented channel that carries cables from the floor up to the desktop. They're a good fit where several monitors and chargers need to stay tidy. Each includes a box-box-file and a file-file pedestal, in Cherry, Grey, Mahogany, or Maple laminate. Standing and team workstations

The Legacy Stand Up components build standing-height team stations for mailrooms, break areas, and shared project space. Desks, lateral files, storage cabinets, and bookcases join back to back, side to side, or in quads with a bookcase end. Acoustic work pods

Reclaim Acoustic Work Pods from Luxor create focused workspace inside an open office without building walls. They're made from recycled PET, rated NRC 0.85 to absorb about 85% of ambient noise, and come in 3, 4, and 5 panel versions. Each includes a height-adjustable desktop and the brackets to join pods into clusters, with optional casters.

Planning a modular layout

Measure the room and mark doors, windows, and power before you choose components. Decide which side each return goes on, since a return that blocks a door swing is the most common mistake. Then count pedestals: one box/file pedestal per person covers most offices, and heavier paper users need a second file drawer or a lateral file.
