Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. Please note that Order Processing and shipping times are different. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Please note that shipping times may vary depending on product availability, manufacturer lead times, or order volume.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Freight items ship via LTL. Shipping cost shown is an estimate. Final shipping may vary based on destination and accessorials.

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary based on:

  • Carrier delays

  • Manufacturer fulfillment timelines

  • Weather conditions

  • Destination location

We do not guarantee delivery dates.

Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information, when available.

Some items may ship in multiple packages or from multiple locations.

Manufacturer & Freight Shipping

Certain items may ship directly from the manufacturer.
Larger items may be shipped via freight carriers and may require:

  • A scheduled delivery appointment

  • Curbside delivery only (unless otherwise specified)

Customers are responsible for ensuring proper access for delivery. Additional fees caused by missed delivery appointments or access issues may be charged to the customer.

Shipping Delays

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

  • Carriers

  • Manufacturers

  • Weather events

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided at checkout

If your shipment is delayed, we will do our best to assist in tracking and communication.

Damaged Shipments

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

If your item arrives damaged:

  • Note the damage with the carrier (when applicable)

  • Take clear photos of the packaging and product

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@nextgenfurn.com

Failure to report damage within this timeframe may void eligibility for a claim.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure all shipping details are accurate at checkout.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Additional shipping charges may apply if an order must be re-shipped.
