Return & Refund Policy

We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

Returns are only accepted if there is a reasonable defect, damage, or if the product was delivered with incorrect specifications compared to what was ordered.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required

  • Returns requested due to preference, change of mind, or non-defective issues will not be accepted

Restocking Fee & Return Shipping

  • All approved returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

  • Returns must be shipped directly to the factory

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, contact us at info@nextgenfurn.comwithin 15 days of delivery.

If your return is approved, we will provide:

  • Return instructions

  • The factory's return address

Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages, Defects & Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if:

  • Your item arrives damaged

  • The product is defective

  • You received an item with incorrect specifications

We may request photos or documentation to evaluate the issue before approving a return.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Custom or special-order items

  • Clearance or sale items

  • Items damaged due to misuse, improper installation, or normal wear and tear

If you are unsure whether your item qualifies, please contact us before submitting a return request.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.
If your return is approved, you may place a new order separately.

Refunds

Once your approved return is received and inspected:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Refunds are processed within 10 business days

  • The 25% restocking fee and original/return shipping costs are deducted from the refund
