If your return is approved, we will provide:

The factory's return address
Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if:
Your item arrives damaged
The product is defective

We may request photos or documentation to evaluate the issue before approving a return.

Custom or special-order items
Clearance or sale items
Items damaged due to misuse, improper installation, or normal wear and tear

Once your approved return is received and inspected:
Refunds are issued to the original payment method
Refunds are processed within 10 business days
The 25% restocking fee and original/return shipping costs are deducted from the refund
