Secure Storage for Personal Gear and Spare Peripherals

Two things go missing in an esports room: students' belongings and the program's spare peripherals. A locker solves both. Keeping bags and phones away from the stations also keeps drinks away from equipment, which is the cheaper problem to prevent than to repair. These lockers are Spectrum Industries, commercial grade, lifetime warranty, and ship free to the 48 contiguous states.

How the Locker Is Built

The Esports Locker is heavy-gauge steel with a durable, scratch-resistant powder coat finish. A full-length piano hinge carries the door, a magnetic catch holds it closed when the locker is not in use, and rubber door bumpers keep it quiet in a room where people are concentrating. Inside there is an adjustable storage tray, so the same locker can hold a backpack or be divided up for keyboards and headsets.

Security is through an integrated padlock hasp in the hinged door. One Esports Reprogrammable 4-Digit Combination Lock is included with each locker, and additional locks are available separately. Reprogrammable matters in a school setting, because rosters change every year and combinations should not.

Configuring a Bank of Lockers

The design is modular. Lockers bolt together, and up to 3 can be stacked vertically and secured to each other. A unit can also be anchored to the floor or to a permanent worksurface for extra stability. That lets you run them along a wall, place them at the ends of desk rows, or break them into small clusters near each team's stations. The Esports Locker Toe Kick raises a locker 5 inches off the floor, in 20-gauge steel with a black powder coat finish and leveling glides for uneven floors, which is worth adding wherever the room gets wet-mopped.
