This adjustable-height open front desk combines a rugged frame, a durable solid hard plastic top and a spacious one-piece metal book box to create a desk that will stand the test of time.

The 18" x 24" top is made of solid hard plastic that resists scratching and gouging and is impervious to stains, polish, strong detergents, food products, and most chemicals. It will not melt, delaminate, splinter, swell, shrink or warp under extreme moisture or temperature changes.

This desk also offers the largest seamless steel book box on the market, over 200 cu. in. larger than most book boxes

The rugged frame is formed of 1" diameter, 18-gauge steel tubing. A stretcher tube is attached at a height to discourage use as a footrest while providing maximum strength
