Bandstor™ Instrument Storage Cabinets are available with wood laminate doors, steel wire doors or no doors. Where extra sound control is needed, choose the Acoustic Cabinet option that includes environmentally friendly acoustic panels placed at the back and the top of each compartment to help eliminate direct sound reflection while absorbing high and low frequencies.

CONSTRUCTION:
• Sides, tops, shelves, bottoms, and partitions are 3/4” thick, 45# particleboard with thermofused laminate finish applied to both sides. No formaldehyde
• Back panels are 5/8” thick 45# particleboard with thermofused laminate finish applied to both sides
• 3mm PVC edge banding is applied with hot melt glue to all visible edges
• Shelves utilize dado construction into side panels, back panels and partitions
• Shelves are also supported by steel tubes bolted through side panels
• All shelves protected with replaceable textured HMPE plastic liners and replaceable ABS plastic caps
• Grooved shelves allow air to circulate

DOOR OPTIONS:
Solid Door:
• Individual compartment or full-length doors made of 3/4" thick 45# particleboard with thermofused melamine finish

Wire Door:
• Individual compartment or full-length welded steel wire doors
• 9mm steel perimeter and horizontal wires
• 5mm steel vertical wires
• Powder-coat finish applied

HARDWARE:
• Heavy-duty commercial 5-knuckle hinges allow for up to 270 degrees of rotation
• Hinges exceed ANSI/BIFMA A156.9 Grade 1
• Heavy-duty steel latch and hasp hardware
• Hinges and hasp hardware are through-bolted to panels
• Latch with universal design to accept all padlocks (padlocks not included)
• Internal adjustable floor levelers constructed with 12-gauge steel brackets that protect corners from chipping and breakage

ACOUSTIC CABINETS:
• Acoustic cabinets are lined with1/2"sound absorption material with min. SAA of 0.80 and NRC of 0.75 per ASTM C 423 and ASTM E

• Shipped fully assembled
• Doors must be specified at time of ordering. Doors cannot be installed later
